GBL Oman provides various digital solutions including website design and development, mobile app development, branding, SEO, digital marketing, and related services. By availing of our services, you agree to provide all necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
All project payments must be made as agreed upon in the official service proposal.
The initial payment is mandatory to begin the project and is non-refundable.
Milestone-based payments are due upon delivery and approval of each phase.
Delay in payments may result in the suspension of services or cancellation of the project.
i. If GBL Oman fails to deliver services within the agreed timeline without delays caused by the client, a partial or full refund may be requested based on the work completed.
ii. Refunds will not be issued for completed and delivered milestones.
iii. The initial project payment is non-refundable as it covers preliminary work including ideation, research, and setup.
Clients are not eligible for a refund if:
i. They delay providing necessary Google Play or Apple App Store business account details.
ii. They wish to cancel the project due to reasons not directly related to service quality.
iii. They fail to provide required content, data, or feedback on time.
iv. They are unresponsive or out of contact for over 14 business days.
v. They involve another company or developer for the same project.
vi. Final files have already been delivered.
vii. Services requested include Social Media Marketing, SEO, Domain Registration, Hosting, Trademark, Copyright, or Provisional Patent.
viii. They request refunds due to revision demands, vague or incomplete creative briefs, or changes outside the scope of original instructions.
ix. In case of websites: once the design is approved and sent for development.
x. In case of logos: once revisions are approved and final files are requested.
xi. Services are outsourced to third parties.
xii. Any cost incurred on third-party tools (e.g., stock images, APIs) is non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 15 business days.
Additional information or documentation may be required during the review process.
Refunds will be calculated prorata, based on completed work excluding non-refundable milestones and initial payments.
After a refund or dispute, the client loses all rights to use any designs or material provided. All related intellectual property will remain the sole property of GBL Oman.

All content, code, graphics, and other deliverables created during the project remain the property of GBL Oman until full payment is received. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions, including our Refund Policy, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to our jurisdiction.
